Samuel was born on April 15th, 1849 in Horwich.  He died at the age of 66 on August 30th, 1915 in Belmont.1 


Samuel's family with Mary Ellen Brownlow

‌Samuel and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on December 7th, 1872 at Christ Church, Walmsley.2   They had a son and a daughter, named John and Sarah.  There are possibly more children.
