In 1871, Joseph (13) was already a Coal Minter at Bk Hilltop (?), Westhoughton, living with his parents Isaac and Alice (56 & 51)
"Joseph J Hilton" died 1894. The extra J is probably an error as there is no UK birth for a Joseph J Hilton around 1858.
