There are two possible Ann Falkeners from Tilston, and its almost impossible to determine which one. I've opted for the younger because (1) husbands tend to have younger wives, and (2) they never named a son William (but did name two Thomas).

Ann Phythian was a Widow in 1773 when she was one of the executors of her son Paul's will.
When Charles died, Ann was left all the house possessions and £100.
