4 July. The Will of Edward Baron late of Field-street, Liverpool in the County of Lancaster, Gentleman who died 9 May 1872 at Field-Street was proved at Liverpool by the Reverend Peter Baron of Puddington in the County of Chester, Clerk, one of the Executors.
Note: Probate shows death on 9th May which must be an error and probably died a few (three) days before he was buried.

Edward had a brother Reverend Peter Baron of Puddington, Cheshire.
In 1851, Living at 107 Field Street, Everton, which is were he was in 1852 when he married Ellen. He was still thwere in 1854, and then moved to No.117 Field Street.
In 1860-1870, Edward is listed in the county directories was a Wine Merchant at 117 Field Street, (a house), Liverpool.
May 1872, Edward Baron, Spirit merchant of 117 Field Street died, Everton. He was buried at Anfield cemetery (Catholic).
According to probate he died 9 May at Everton, but was buried 8 May at Anfield.
