Gwendolyn was born on June 11th, 1918 in Cape Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.¹   She died from cancer at the age of 38 on October 21st, 1956 in Los Angeles County, California.  She was buried at the Evergreen Cemetery, La Verne, Los Angeles County, California.¹
