John_II the_Good was born on April 26th, 1319 in Le Mans,France.  John_II the_Good's father was Philip_VI of_Valois and his mother was Joan of_Burgundy.  His paternal grandfather was Charles de_Valois.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 44 on April 8th, 1364 in London,England.  His burial was in St. Denis,France.
