Anne was born in 1501 in Blickling Hall,Norfolk,England.  Anne's father was Thomas of_Wiltshire Boleyn and her mother was Elizabeth Howard.  Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Howard and Elizabeth Tilney.  She was the oldest of three children.  She had a brother and a sister, named George Rochford and Mary.  She died at the age of 35 on May 19th, 1536 in Tower of London,London,England.  Her burial was in Chapel Royal,Tower of London,London,England.
