Haim A. Zimmerman (Хаим А. Циммерман) died in Shanghai of a heart ailment. He was an active member of the Vladivostok Zionist Organization.He is remembered as a very substantial entrepreneur with business ventures in many parts of China. Three days prior to his death he willed his precious stones valued at $25,000 and cold coin valued at $20,000 to the Jewish National Fund for the purpose of acquiring land in Palestine.
