Joaquim António de Bem da was born in 1856 in Santo António, São Roque, ilha do Pico, Açores - PORTUGAL. He died at the age of 30 on April 8th, 1826 in Castelo Branco, Horta, ilha do Faial, Açores - PORTUGAL. He was buried on April 9th, 1826 in Igreja Paroquial de Santa Catarina.General Notes
OBS: Recebeu todos os divinos sacramentos e não deixou testamento.Levou hábito de Nª.Sª.do Carmo,cuja espécie o padre não especifica e foi acompanhado pelas Irmandades do Santº.e das Almas,e com o Colégio.Teve ofício de corpo presente. NOTA: O Joaquim por morte da cunhada Rosália ficou obrigado a mandar celebrar as 600 missas que foram determinadas por sua última vontade e por esmola ficou de mandar celebrar missas por alma do irmão José. E foi testamenteiro de Madalena Rosa e Catarina Francisca. Morreu com mais ou menos 69 anos de idade.
