György was born on April 25th, 1861 in Répcekőhalom.1   György's father was Pichler János and his mother was Nestlang Terézia.  His paternal grandparents were Pichler Pál and Holzapfel Erzsébet; his maternal grandparents were Nestlang János and Tieber Terézia. He had four brothers and four sisters, named József, János, Pál, Ferenc, Mária, Terézia, Terézia and Julianna.  He was the eighth oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 5 on September 11th, 1866 in Répcekőhalom.  He was buried on September 13th, 1866 in Répcekőhalom.1 1
