Busai István

István was born on May 19th, 1780 in Jászapáti.¹

István's father was Busai Mátyás and his mother was Makó Borbála. His paternal grandparents were Busai Mihály and Dobó Katalin; his maternal grandparents were Makó András and Bertóthy Judit. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named Mátyás, István, Anna, Borbála, Zsuzsanna, Zsuzsanna, Erzsébet, Klára, Klára, Katalin and Rozália. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at 2 months old on August 4th, 1780 in Jászapáti.²
