Hendrick Lambertszn was born in 1715 in Doeveren and his baptism took place there on June 1st, 1710.1 2  Hendrick Lambertszn's father was Lammert Arienszn Doedijns and his mother was Geertruijd Sijmensdr van der Stelt.  His paternal grandparents were Arie Lambert op 't Sluijsveld Doedijns and Gijsbertje Huijbertsdr van Wijk; his maternal grandfather is Sijmen Arienszn van der Stelt and his maternal grandmother was Dingena Corstdr Vos. He had five brothers and a sister, named Arien, Sijmen Lambertszn, Hendrik, Arien Lambertszn, Lambert and Ariaentje.  He was the youngest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Geertruijd and Dingena.  He died at the age of 73 on November 20th, 1788 in Veen.2
