Peter was born on November 25th, 1750 in Babyloniënbroek and his baptism took place there on October 28th, 1714.1  Peter's father was Laurens Colijn and his mother is Anneke Woed.  His paternal grandfather is Pieter Maertenszn Colijn and his paternal grandmother was Mariecke Ariensdr de Jongh.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 77 on May 12th, 1828 in Babyloniënbroek.  The funeral took place on May 12th, 1828 in Meeuwen, Hill en Babyloniënbroek.2 2
