Karloman was born in 0550.1  Karloman's father was Karel V van Haspengouw and his mother was Itha van Henegouwen.  His paternal grandparents were Carolus IV van Haspengouw and Waldrade D'Aquitaine.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 65 in 0615.1
