David Jacobszn was born in September 1670 in Dussen and his baptism took place there on September 7th, 1670.1   His godmother was Cornelia Petersdr de Gast. David Jacobszn's father was Jacob Arienszn van Giessen and his mother was Maijken Anthonisdr Stael.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 71 in November 1741 in Dussen.  The funeral took place on November 22nd, 1741 in Dussen.1 1
