Clovis I was born on August 1st, 0465 in Doornik (B).1  Clovis I's father was Childeric I der Franken and his mother was Basina van Keulen.  His paternal grandparents were Merovee der Franken and Chlodeswinthe van Frankrijk; his maternal grandparents were Chlodwig van Keulen and Basine van Saksen. He had a half-sister named Theudicote.  He died at the age of 46 on November 27th, 0511 in Parijs (F).1
