Bhanudas' father is Kalyanchand Motichand Jethva and his mother is Sivkor Manekchand Makwana.  His paternal grandparents are Motichand Jethva and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents are Manekchand Makwana and Premi. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Kantilal, Charandas, Nilam bai, Dhirajbala and Chandabai. He has three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Yashvantlal [Esvantlal], Vijay, Himatrai and Jyotibala.
