The Last Will and Testament of Nancy Richmond of the town of Guilford County of Chenango State of New York. Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
First, I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughters, Lucy Smith, the wife of Dexter Smith; and Esther Westcott, the wife of Joseph Westcott; and Lydia Arnold, the wife of Stephen Arnold; and Nancy Wood, the wife of Joseph Wood all my household furniture and clothing whatever name or nature to be equally divided betwixt the above mentioned daughters.
And lastly, as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my property whatever name or nature, I give and bequeath the same to my three eldest sons and the above mentioned daughters, which contains Joseph Richmond, David Richmond, Thomas Richmond, and the said Lucy Smith and Esther Westcott and Lydia Arnold, and Nancy Wood, which is to be equally divided to my sons and daughters as above mentioned; except one dollar which I give to my youngest son, Seth Richmond which said several legacies or kind of money I will and order to be paid to the said respective legatees within six months after my decease.
Joseph Richmond whom I hereby appoint sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
