    According to Noe's own records and grandson Michael's records at the French Protestant Hospital, Noe came to England in 1770 and married Martha in 1774. Noe's record: OBLEIN (OBELIN, OBLIN) , Noe. Inmate. e. June 7, 1828. B/A "a lui meme". d. Jan. 23, 1836. RA; May 3, 1828 "Oblin Noe Natif de Walincour en Picardie. Le Suppliant Age de 75 Ans est incapable par son Age & Infirmites de gagner Sa Vie. Recommande par Ch. Scholl Past., A Platrier Jaques Delamare [ at side;] admis le 7 Juin". Marriage records in IGI. Second marriage is under Marie Lardent (which we believe was her maiden name, based on witnesses to son Isaac's baptism).
