Charles Maier

Charles was born in December 1914 in Southampton, Hampshire.¹

  (real mess here 1914 entry is written in with note see Jun 1916 so it appears that Charles was registered twice in 1915 and 1916 and then a correction made to Dec 1914 mother shown as Maier so probably illegimate, Brenda McIntyre has him as adopted by Arthur Barnes so possibly his son)

He had three brothers and a sister, named Edwin, Erwin, Ronald and Gladys. He was adopted by Arthur Barnes & Charlotte Paulina Julia Ernestine Maier. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Arthur, Lilian, Dorothy and Winifred. Charles is no longer alive.
