Abelardo was born on Febrero 6th, 1956.  Abelardo's father was Mario Leonel Molinero and his mother was Ramona Edith Fiant Gallioli (Gaglioli).  His maternal grandparents were  Juan Francisco Fiant Imhoff and  Gregoria Gallioli (Gaglioli) Gadea.  He is the fifth of six children.  He has two brothers and three sisters, named Joaquín, Carlos, Ana Josefina, Mirta Beatriz and María Gregoria.
