Eduardo Leopoldo was born on Junio 28th, 1948.  Eduardo Leopoldo's father was Eduardo Damián Espiro and his mother is Edith Perseveranda Fiant Metraillet.  His maternal grandparents were  Leopoldo Fiant Imhoff and  María Eva Josefina Metraillet Wuizzoz.  He is the oldest of five children.  He had a brother and three sisters, named José Alfredo, María Estela, Isabel Marta and Dora Beatriz.
