José Carlos was born on Marzo 1st, 1979.  José Carlos' father was José Luis Cascia Ríos and his mother is Nilda Irma Feldman Fiant.  His paternal grandparents were Vicente Cascia Vito and Lucía Otilia Ríos; his maternal grandparents were  Guillermo Hipólito Feldman and  Irma Adelina Fiant Cragnolini.  He is the youngest of two children.  He has a sister named Sandra María Luz.
