Robert was born on September 13th, 1814 in Parliament Court Bethnal Green and his christening took place on May 17th, 1815 at St Matthews Bethnal Green conducted by the vicar.¹   He died due to a medical problem, Castro enteritis & Asthemia, at the age of 72 on August 15th, 1887 in Mile End Infirmary.  The funeral took place in Mile End Old town.  He was buried on August 20th, 1887.²
