Sarah was born in October 1818 in Barking Essex and her christening took place on January 27th, 1818 at St Margaret's Barking.1   She died at the age of 73 in September 1892 in Lincolnshire.2

Sarah and Henry were married in a religious ceremony on March 16th, 1843.  They had five sons and two daughters, named Henry, Jacob, William, George, Edwin, Sarah and Mary.
