  • GLORIA A. (LEPORE) RAO RAO, GLORIA A. (LEPORE), 78, passed away on Saturday. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. Rao.
    
    Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Fiore and Mary (St. Angelo) Lepore and daughter-in- law of the late Frank and Eva (Cellotta) Rao.
    
    She is survived by her children, Diane Pertuso, Doreen Wright and her husband Donald, Mary Eva Tudino and her husband Raymond, and Frank J. Rao and his wife Lori; 6 grandchildren, Kristen, Karissa and Cameron Wright, Nicholas and Cristina Tudino and Ava Rao; and a sister, Eleanor Lepore. Sister of the late Pasco Lepore, Antonetta Pacia and Ann Loomis and Mother-in-law of the late Alfred Pertuso.
    
    Calling hours Tuesday, 4 - 8 PM in the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence. Funeral Wednesday, 8:45 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10AM in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. www.marianiandson.com.
