Warsaw, Russia and resides at 233 Stanton St., children: Annie b. 6 Dec 1904, and Michael b. 6 Jun 1906, living at 233 Stanton St., (signed) Joseph Strauzer, 5 Sept 1912, witnessed by Jacob Leitner, barber [Joseph's employer] of 66 Forsythe (sic) St., and Louis Hernstadt, poultry, of 347 E. 10th St.
