Bernie Bulkin 1/06 on above marr cert: Thanks for this, and for all your researches. Definitely the right one. As to the Ropkin/Rubin, Ropkin was the correct Russian name, but all the other siblings changed their name to Rubin. I got the names Chaim and Libeh, which would be the Hebrew names, from cousins on that side of the family. But Hyman and Bella would be the English names used. Actually, the only real discrepancy is Anna's age, as I have her born in 1880. Probably she just shaved 4 years as part of courtship ritual. Very common.
