  Source: 1st Dunboe Presbyterian Church baptismal records and General Registry Office Civil Births.  Name also given as McNickle. A message on Genforum from a David McClements of Alaska, left in 2000 says: "My GreatGrandfather was Robert McClamont who married Martha Nichol at Coleraine, County Londonderry, N.I., on 28 May, 1860. The family moved to Canada in the 19th century and after living for a while in Ontario, they migrated westward to Brandon, MB. My Grandfather was David McClement who died at Langbank, SK in about 1960. I would appreciate any information on family members in Canada, Ireland, or wherever."  I was unable to contact this man as the email address bounced.
