According to his obituary, in my parents' scrap book, he died in French Morocco, "an officer in the French Liberation, who played an important part in resisiting German Forces of occupation in France during the war. While on special commission in London in 1943, he met Miss Moira B Gray, an official of the Air Ministry, whose home is at Garvagh, and they were married in the autumn of that year. They went to reside at Port Lyautley, French Morocco, in 1944, Mr Moulin retiring from the army and being engaged in administrative duties until his death in June of this year. He was aged 30 years."
