Hi Glenys,
Green with envy here. Just look at all of that genealogical information! Lislea, Co Derry clearly given as the home of the Gordons so no doubt there.
Yes, less on Maria Kidd's, no parents in particular. However, a quick check in our BMDs locates Maria and gives her father's name:

Notes:
William Kidd from Crew, Maghera, is your 3x great grandfather! A quick google shows that Crew is a townland (rural area) just north east of Maghera.
Then to the online land survey of the mid 1850s called the Griffiths Valuation, and we can find the exact location of the Kidd farm; William Kidd held Plots 15A&B, totalling 19 acres:

Sadly, the house is now gone, only a ploughed field remaining, unlike the Gordon home called The Meen in Lislea.
This is the death of your 3x great grandfather, William Kidd:

Notes:
Although there are no Kidds in Crew in the 1901 Census (the first census we have), there were these baptisms of Kidds in Crew:
Action Source Surname First Name Year County
View Church Baptism Kydd William 1849 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd John Ellis 1868 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd Margaret Jane 1869 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd Annie Maria 1871 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd Elizabeth 1875 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd Emma York 1876 Co. Derry
View Church Baptism Kidd Thomas 1878 Co. Derry
Oddly, the first one in 1849 was to a William Kidd and a Margaret York, while all of the others were to a Thomas Crew and an Elizabeth York (yes, York again). Very interesting! The first could be a brother of your Maria, the others probably the children of another brother of your Maria. Much more research would be needed to sort that out.
So, there you go, Glenys, you now have two new homes in Ireland. You must come and visit soon!
Pam sent me a clipping from an Aus newspaper of 1878 where a court granted maintenance to Maria Gordon because her husband was spending time away from the home; seems he left her.
