There are two Joseph Greys in Camus in the GV, one in Plot 11b, described unusually by his trade, a labourer, with no land and the very cheapest of houses at 5 shillings, the other in Plot 33 holding 27 acres which passes to a Samuel Grey in 1861 who already holds 12 acres (plus 1 acre jointly with J Hynes). All of Samuel's land passes to non Grays in 1878/79. This must be the Joseph with the land.
Given as father of Eliza Jane Gray from Camus when she married in 1851.
Given as father of Samuel Gray from Camus when he married in 1865.
