JOHNSON, Muriel Helen (nee Fairley)
Passed away on August 5, 2002, at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Graduated R.N. from Holy Cross Hospital, Calgary, in 1952 as valedictorian of her class. A longtime resident of Oakville, Muriel was closely associated with the Chamber of Commerce, and developed the Halton Industrial Training Committee. Wife and best friend of Ross for 49 years. Loving mother of Kim and her husband Bob Clark, Judy Ramage, Grant and his wife Jennifer and Scott. Devoted grandmother of Christopher, Jonathan, Colleen, Ross, Jasmin, Paige and Sydney. Cherished sister of Grant Fairley, Edmonton. The funeral service will be held at the Ward Funeral Home Chapel, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville (905-844-3221), on Friday, August 9, 2002 at 1 p.m. A reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
