I herewith send you

1 The claims including those
for  Nimmo
     Walker  &
     Gillespie

2  After considering all circumstances, it is decided that the joint votes there shall be made by making the sons joint tenatns, consequently new claims must be given in for the father. It is easier to use Hiddlefaulds, though causing a new claim, than to bring down Miss Kerr to Linlithgow from Kilpunt and possibly to Edinburgh. This Mr Murray states.

3 As Mr Murray must give evidence on the junction, he must be present at the making of it. I send to him by the 8 o'clock Coach of Friday morning a temporary Memr. for the purpose, leaving the regular lease and regular junction to be completed.
