Margaret J. "Peggy" Wray, 90, of Phoebe Slate Belt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Bangor R.1, formerly of Wind Gap and Pen Argyl, died Aug. 19 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was married to William G. Wray for 65 years in June.
A member of the Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees, she worked for the former before retiring.
Born in Wind Gap, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Kate (Morris) Roberts.
She was a member of Faith United Presbyterian Church, Pen Argyl, and a member of its Friendly Sunday school class.
She was a member of Charles Nelson Lobb American Legion Post 502 auxiliary, Pen Argyl, and AARP.
Survivors: Husband; daughter, Patricia A. Lambert of Plainfield Township; brother, Edward of Wind Gap; two grandchildren, four great- grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in the church. Call 10-11 a.m. Saturday in the church. Arrangements, Guerro & Ruggiero Funeral Home, Pen Argyl.
Contributions: Church memorial fund.
