- there was a Belgian Flag day on 24 October 1914, and on 27 Nov. 1915 (see minites of Belgian reflief committe, Paisley (Central Liobrary, Paisley). 1915 seems more likely for this picture as the man lower left may be wearing a belgian army uniform, and the first Belgians were only just arriving on Oct. 1914.
