Alexander Mathie

Alexander was born on May 30th, 1773 in Paisley.  Alexander's father was John Mathie and his mother was Mary Brown. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, William, James, James, Robert, Margaret, Annie and Mary.  He was the oldest of the nine children.  He died before 1775.
