Hugh Hamilton

Hugh was born in 1875 in Dalmellington.¹ Hugh's father was John Hamilton and his mother was Annie Brown. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Hamilton and Sara Fraser. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Alexander, William, Robert, Catherine and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
