              16     M     iii     Rev. James Fontaine 1 was born in 1633 in Borough of Vaux, FRA. He died before 1685 in FRA.
    
        Was educated for the ministry and became pastor of the church at Archiac, in Saintonge.
              17     F     iv     Elizabeth Fontaine 1 was born in 1636 in Borough of Vaux, FRA. She died in FRA.
                                Elizabeth married Rev. Sautreau in FRA. Rev. Sautreau was born in FRA. He died in FRA.
    
        Was minister at Saujon, in Saintonge. Later escaped to Dublin.
              18     M     v     Rev. Peter Fontaine 1 was born in 1638 in Borough of Vaux, FRA. He died in London, Middlesex, ENG.
    
        Assisted, and later superseded his father in the Church of Vaux. Later escaped to London and became chaplain at the London Pest House.
              19     M     vi     Francis Fontaine 1 was born in 1640 in Borough of Vaux, FRA. He died as a child in FRA.
