    Attention McClure family historians. I am not one of you but need your assistance. I am attempting to discover the campaigns of Lt.Col., sometimes Capt. David McClure. He was in Pennsylvania in 1776, attending a Council of War at Catfish Camp, now Washington County, Pennsylvania. One of his men, Pvt. Joshua Shelby, is an ancestor of my wife. I am attempting to delineate Joshua's military service record and need to know the names and dates of any skirmishes, battles, or campaigns of Lt. Col. David McClure. Any assistance will be appreciated and I am willing to share any information or sources I possess.
