    husbands grandfather, Curtis Kirk Marshall, born 1844 in Hinds Co., MS. Married 3 times - 1 America Crocker, #2 to
    Malvina Crow, #3 Missouri Ward. The other one is Curtis W.
    Marshall, born in Panola Co., MS. He lived in Newton Co. TX
    but has no relation to Curtis K. who lived in San Augustine
    Co. TX with first two marriages and Angelina Co. with #3.
    Both were Civil War veterans, Curtis K. from Louisiana and
    I do not know where Curtis W. served from but his records are also on file in Austin, TX. Please split this record as
    you have a mess with them combined into one person. THANKS.
