    130 acres �Campbell�s Pursuit�
    
    Did set forth that William Davis, Edmund Stansbury, Jacob Marshall purchased
    land �Campbell�s Pursuit� and by their assignment 9 July 1789 transferred this
    land to James Campbell, now deceased, leaving will.  The land descended to
    Aaron, John, Henry, Moses and William Campbell, Mary (who intermarried with
    Basil Tracey), Elizabeth and Ann Campbell, his only children.  That the said
    Basil Tracey and Mary, his wife, Elizabeth Campbell and Ann Campbell, by their
    deed duly executed and recorded bearing date 27 July 1797, transferred and made
    over all their rights and titles to the real estate of James Campbell to the
    petitioner (Aaron), Moses, John, Henry Campbell.  That the said Moses, John,
    Henry and William Campbell by their deed bearing date 24 June 1805 transferred
    all rights and titles to Aaron Campbell.  The state of Maryland granted Aaron
    Campbell �Campbell�s Pursuit�.  Land beginning at chestnut standing on the side
    of a hill and on the north side of the northern fork of the Gunpowder Falls and
    to the north eastward of Thomas Marshall�s plantation, thence north, etc.

    Note:  Thomas Marshall�s land, �Marshall�s Folly�, surveyed for Thomas Marshall
    in 1787 and patented in 1790, abjoins �Campbell�s Pursuit� on the west.  It is a
    resurvey of �The Three Divisions� which included the following tracts or parcels
    of land:�Price�s Chance�; �Cole�s Forest�, �Hard Scuffle�, �Marshall�s Marsh�,
    �Talbot�s Plains�, �Hilly Run Resurveyed�, �Take All�, �Minersborough�,
    �Phillip�s Industry�, �Mt. Pleasant�, �Davis� Farm�, �Lexington�, �Cullin�s
    Plot�, �Dorsey�s Plains� and others.  Survey made 24 October 1770 for Jonathon
    Plowman, total of 2,591 acres.  SRC: R. Carleton Seitz
    (Archibald Tracy leased land �Archibald�s Level� in 20 April 1761.  �Archibald�s
    Level� was part of a resurvey of �Minersborough� and �The Three Divisions� and
