    In the "Oldham County Ky. Court Order Book 3 1838 - 1849" on page 354, dated Oct. 21, 1844, it said "On the motion of Mariah NEAL, administratrix of Fielding NEAL, decd. the court appoints Thomas OGLESBY, Wm. M. POWELL, Fountain BOULWARE and Nan TAY
    commisioners who or any three of them being first duly sworn are required to appraise the personal estate (and slaves if any) of the said Fielding NEAL and return an inventory to court.
