Sandor was born on April 17th, 1878.  He died due to a medical problem at the age of 63 on April 10th, 1942.

  Name recorded as "Sandor", since he was  Jew.  At that time, all men were "Sandor" and all Jewish women were called "Sara."  He was also called Samuel Blau in some records.
  
  While he was described as a "locksmith," he really excelled at creating ornamental iron gates (per oral history account by his daughter Trude).
