    • An aged man.  The caption, if correct, would identify this ancestor as Richard F. Adler's great-grandfather, age 100 in 1916.  So he could be the father of Samuel Adler, OR the father of Wilhelmina Weiss, or Stefan Steiner, or Katerina Schmid (all grandparents of RFA).  
Unknown was born in 1816.  Unknown is no longer alive.
