Zelpha R. Anderson of Deport Nursing Home died Monday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Services were held Wednesday at Bright-Holland with Rev. Joe Blackshear officiating. Born in Whonwall, TN, she was the daughter of J.H. Roberts and Vine Wafford. She is survived by three sons; Elmer "Red" Anderson of Bedford, Ohio; Roger "Cotton" Anderson of Paris; and Jeff Anderson of Pattonville; seven daughters; Mrs. Raymond "Lela" Bullington, of Tyler; Mrs. Arron "Addlene" Pickle of Wichita Falls; Mrs. Charlie "Geneva" Phillips of Artesia, NM; Mrs. Billy "Glenna" Harrell of Huntsville' Mrs. Gus "Cora Jo" Tirado of Caracus, Veneazuela; Mrs. Luciille Nash of Paris; Mrs. Buddy "Helen" Northam of Paris; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Rogers of Taft, CA. She had 29 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Wesley "Pat" Anderson on Nov 11, 1980. Mrs. Anderson was married to Wiley E. Anderson in Lamar County. He preceded her in death on June 17,1961.
