Phillip Andrew Nelson 
Phillip Andrew was born on November 27th, 1954. Phillip Andrew's father was Hershel Nelson and his mother was Ivalle Loudis Hogsed. His maternal grandparents were John Everett Hogsed and Bessie Isabelle Roberts. He had a sister named Patricia Ann. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 48 in November 2002.General Notes
