  Aug 19,1747 Enoch Conly of Baltimore County deeded 100 acres land called Strawberry Plains to his son-in-law William Maccubbin. The land bounded by beach, Monaccy Road and Little Pipe Creek. Provincial Court Land Records Vol 700 pp334-337 and pp452-454( says Enoch Conley is from Lancaster County PA)
