BIOGRAPHY: 1900 census: Blacksmith in Washington Township, Parke Co., Indiana. Rockville Tribune 5-30-1911: “In the case of William Hazlett vs. James I. Norman and Henry L. Britton, which involves the sale of stock of merchandise in Judson, and has been pending for more than three year, the court finds for the defendants on the plea in abatement, and judgment entertained accordingly."
