Samuell and Ann were married in a religious ceremony on July 3rd, 1738.1 They had three sons and three daughters, named Samuell, James, John, Phebe, Mary and Bettee.

James was born on May 21st, 1749 in Methuen, MA.1 He died at the age of 58 on August 30th, 1807 in Haverhill, MA.1
